Join Lorna at Cullercoats Bay for a short mindfulness session followed by a dip.

Lorna highly advocates for sunrises, nature and cold water therapy for mental health and combined with mindfulness these sessions will be a real boost for the soul and spirit

Each week Lorna will bring sessions with a different twist from focus on gratitude to facing fears and from loving kindness meditations to helping cultivate self compassion and more
