Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By taking part in a Wild Sea Women® and Partners event, i.e. booking onto a class, event or workshops you are fully agreeing and adhering to the site’s terms and conditions.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
· Workshops – We have a 72hour cancellation policy for paid for beach sessions – if you cancel more than 72hours in advance you will be offered a pass for any upcoming workshop/session of the same value. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.
· Online Classes– minimum 4 hours’ notice, if you cancel more than 4 hours in advance you will be offered a class pass to the same value. Any cancellations made after in under the 4 hours will not be refunded or transferrable.
· Class & workshop drop-ins – if you need to leave early NO refunds / NON transferable
· Private Classes/workshops
deposit of 20% is non refundable under any circumstances unless stated otherwise.
A minimum of 4 weeks notice must be given for a refund (not deposit).
Cancellations made 2 weeks before the workshop with receive a 30% refund ( inc deposit).
Cancellations made 1 week before the workshop will receive no refund. You can however transfer your booking to someone else (for the same workshop). Please inform us via email.
If a workshop/event/class is cancelled by XHAYLE® / Wild Sea Women®, then you will be provided with credit equal to the value.
Certain special events may be subject to a different cancellation policy.
2. EVENT ETIQUETTE
Please arrive at least 5 mins early – if attending late to a paid for event, no refunds will be given to latecomers
Please ensure your mobile phone is switched off or in silent mode
On entering the studio/room (for indoor events), shoes should be removed and all belongings stored in a safe place without obstructing any walkways.

Classes and workshops are open to all ages 18 and over.

If for any reason we are required to change venue, then we will contact you via email (please regularly check your junk mail too).
9. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Any item purchased via XHAYLE® & Wild Sea Women® are non-refundable. In the case of a faulty item, a like for like replacement will be given.
10. IMPORTANT LIABILITY STATEMENT
You are advised not to undertake physical activities without first seeking medical advice if you have concerns about your physical condition. XHAYLE® & Wild Sea Women® reserves the right to turn away a participant if it is considered that the health of the individual concerned may be at risk by the participation of the class or workshop.
If you have any of the following conditions, you should consult your GP before booking onto a class/workshop;
Heat Disease, serious hypertension, Epilepsy, Kidney failure, Serious Asthma, recently performed surgery
If there is any doubt whether you should attend a class, you are advised to consult your GP. You MUST notify XHAYLE® & Wild Sea Women® of any circumstances affecting your health which may be worsened by attending a class or workshop.
