Hello, my name is Susan and I love helping others with soul leadership and holistic wellness.
I am a Meditation Teacher , Reiki Healer and Master teacher in both Usui and Mary Magdalene Reiki Healing .
I also facilitate women’s circles, blessings and rituals and am so excited to being able to offer these again soon!
I am also a Kundalini Yoga Teacher in training and looking forward to offering teacher in training classes soon.
I have a studio in North Shields @a_studio_wellness
When asked to be a leader for Wild Sea Women, I jumped at the chance having suffered with anxiety and depression in the past, I have experienced the benefits of sea swimming and the relief this provides from symptoms of low mood , anxiety and depression – I have always been a swimmer and firm believer in the healing power of water and human connection.

Out early this morning chatting to some of the women who brave the cold each morning to swim in the North Sea. Part of my ongoing project, 'Breathe' relating to mental health and the sea, I am shooting stills and video and interviewing for a short film. HAPPY EARTH DAY 💙🌊☀️🌎

Heaven really is a place on earth and for us it was our beautiful little Cullercoats Bay this morning 🙏

This mornings session was about the importance of self compassion and being kind to ourselves. What better form of self love this morning than giving ourselves the gift of a gorgeous sunrise, living in the present moment and immersing ourselves in the beautiful big deep 💙🌊

The more you give to yourself, the more love you have to give to others, and the more value you can add to the world 🌎
