THE 28 DAY CHALLENGE
Week 1 begins Friday 6th January at 7pm (if you’re unable to make any of the live sessions, don’t worry, they’ll all be recorded). You will be challenged to practice each of the sessions on a daily basis for 7 days.
Week 1. Kundalini Yoga – The Detox (approx. 60min)
We’ll be shifting stagnant energy and cleansing the body and mind with movement and breath in this detoxifying Kriya (set of movements).

Week 2. Breathwork – The Energiser (approx. 60min)
Working with the breath to bring clarity of mind and increase energy levels
✨✨✨
Week 3. Meditation – The Off Switch (approx. 60min)
We’ll explore several meditation techniques to calm the body and mind

Week 4. The Power of Three (approx. 90min)
This final part of the 28 day challenge will be a 90 minute special, incorporating all of the above giving the nervous system a full reset.
